Question:

What is the meaning of "time for internal power supply stabilization during power-on" (td(P-R)) in electrical characteristics?

Answer:

td(P-R) is the time that it takes for the internal power supply generating circuit to stabilize after the power supply is turned on.
For example, if td(P-R) is max. 2000 us, this means that if at least 2000 us have elapsed after the power supply has been turned on, the internal power supply generating circuit has stabilized.
