Can I keep the unused analog pin for the B board to be open?
Latest Updated:02/27/2012
Question:
The A board uses 8 analog input pins and the B board uses only 7 analog input pins. While the software for both boards is the same, may I keep the unused analog input pin for the B board open?
Answer:
When the software is the same and the unused analog input pin on the B board is set to the input, if kept open, the noise from the unused analog input pin may cause malfunction. Therefore, connect this pin with VCC or VSS via a resistor.
